An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services at an elementary school setting in Independence, MO. This contract position spans the current school year, offering a full caseload focused primarily on early childhood students. The role is onsite and requires dedication to delivering therapy without evaluation duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a full caseload of 50-60 students, focusing on early childhood needs.
- Implement individualized treatment plans in line with best practices.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong ability to manage and engage a large caseload with diverse communication needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
